  1. Monologue for Windows is a speech engine that comes free with most
  2. SoundBlaster cards.  It has a DLL which you can code for, but the
  3. documentation on it is straight-out wrong!  I discerned the correct
  4. calls and made a handy little control.  Hopefully someone can use it.
